After many years of being overweight and unhealthy, I decided enough was enough! It was time to change... FOR GOOD! I was ready to lose weight but not for all of the time, energy and preparation that it would require. Take Shape for Life appealed to me because it was easy and effective! While my initial attraction was the weight loss component, I quickly learned that it was so much more! With the constant support of my health coach, I began tapping into all TSFL had to offer-- books, webinars, support calls... you name it! I had lost weight before but this was the first time I had the tools to sustain it! Also unique was the realization that what I eat is only one component of my health. Health is so much more-- healthy eating, healthy activity, healthy sleep, healthy mind, etc! I was (and constantly am!) learning new habits of health to maintain longterm health. I was feeling great-- happy! energized! HEALTHY! It didn't seem fair to keep this magical secret all to myself! Thus began my journey as a health coach....
